Jackie Rolfe is a personal trainer with extensive experience of facilitating exercise in people of all ages and with a range of health conditions.

Jackie is particularly keen to help those who may think that exercise is not for them or just seems too daunting. She will work with you to develop a plan that will work for you and help you to achieve your goals.

With a lifelong love of exercise and the outdoors, Jackie enjoys cycling, walking, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming and more. She has led walking and cycling treks around the world. As well as being a personal trainer she is also a paddleboard instructor.
